Overview

At ISCEA Indonesia Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality online education in Supply Chain Management. As all of our programs are conducted online and no physical items are shipped, our refund and return policy is outlined as follows:

1. Digital Course Delivery

All course materials, credentials, and access to learning platforms are delivered digitally via email or coordinated by our Account Executives. Once access is granted to the digital materials or learning platform, the course is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Before Course Access:
    A full refund may be requested if the request is submitted before access to the course materials or platform has been granted.
  • After Course Access:
    Once access to the course or materials has been granted, no refunds will be issued, except under special circumstances, which are subject to review and approval by ISCEA Indonesia Academy management.

3. Special Circumstances

In rare cases, a partial refund or credit may be considered due to:

  • Serious medical emergency (documentation required)
  • Duplicate payment or administrative error
  • Course cancellation by ISCEA Indonesia Academy

All requests under special circumstances must be submitted in writing to admin@isceaindonesia.com within 7 calendar days of the incident.

4. Non-Transferability

Purchased courses, once accessed, are non-transferable and cannot be shared, resold, or reassigned to another individual.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@isceaindonesia.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
